March 16 Update: FVCC Library Open to Only FVCC Students and Staff at This Time
To minimize exposure to COVID-19 and to allow FVCC students priority access to computers and the internet, college officials are requesting that only FVCC students and staff utilize the library, Common Grounds, dining services and the FVCC Bookstore until further notice.
“As a responsible partner in the health and well-being of our community, we are taking these actions to minimize the gathering of large groups and to provide support for our students,” FVCC President Jane Karas said. “We thank the community for its understanding and look forward to reopening the library and other services to the public as soon as possible.”
Campus services that are open to students and staff only at this time include the Broussard Library and Learning Commons, Common Grounds, the Eagle’s Nest and the FVCC Bookstore.
Community members may visit administration offices in Blake Hall, including the Admissions and Registration Office, the Business Office, the Financial Aid Office and the FVCC Foundation.
